Below is a list of things for your player to do throughout the season.
Pre-Season (August - September)
- Register with USA Hockey to get your USA Hockey number. Every association requires this prior to registration.
- Register with Sparta Hockey
- Shoot 100 pucks per day
During The Season (October - March)
- Attend practices as scheduled
- Attend games as scheduled
- Watch skills videos
Post Season (April- July)
- Shoot 50 pucks per day
- Play other sports
- Watch skills videos
